But hey, even if you're just in it for the sheer fun of it, fear not! You'll still get a chance to throw down within our regular class schedule and at our Blue Eagle Open events. If you’re out there soaking up the sun on Spring Break, we'll still be here, sweating it out and cheering each other on! We hope you can make it.

October Programming 🍁
It’s Fall ya’ll! Time to build some muscle under some cozy crew necks and flannels. Maybe I’m speaking too soon 🥵. At any rate, before we get into out October programming, let’s recap last month!
Here’s a look at some PR highlights from September
Do you Have a Coach or a Cheerleader?
A coach is like a strategist, guiding you through the game, providing feedback, and helping you improve your skills. They might challenge you, push you out of your comfort zone, and focus on your development.
A cheerleader is there to uplift you and provide moral support. They're the ones cheering you on, celebrating your victories, and offering encouragement. They do not provide detailed strategies like a coach or help improve your skills and abilities.
Monday Motivation - Getting Better Requires Feedback
The absolute best way to improve is by receiving constructive feedback. Your coaches and I want to hear from you. Our goal is to provide a 10/10 experience when you walk through the doors at Blue Eagle... EVERY... SINGLE... TIME!
Coaching Linda
This morning is a tough workout logistically to coach if you don’t have a plan. I thought I’d share my lesson plan with you guys in order to get you to think about how to problem-solve through difficult situations and to ensure we are delivering the best coaching experience for our athletes. I've attached a photo of this morning's class for reference.
World-Class Fitness in 100 Words
Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J (clean and jerk), and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc., hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.
