The magic is in the professional, personal coaching every client gets even in a large group setting. CrossFit workouts are different every day and your coach will tailor each workout to fit you, your goals, and your limitations.

The CrossFit formula combines consistent training through constantly varied, functional movement with sound nutrition and community accountability to build a program that never gets old and delivers the result you want.

We offer three CrossFit class options tailored to your goals, training history, and budget:

Platinum

Unlimited Classes

Our Platinum option provides unlimited access to all of our classes. We offer 6-7 classes per day from Monday to Friday, with one class on Saturday. Class times range from as early as 5:00 AM to as late as 7:30 PM, allowing you the flexibility to attend as many sessions as you’d like.

This option is ideal for those with ambitious fitness goals who want the freedom to train frequently and see maximum results.

Gold

12 Classes Per Month

The Gold option offers 12 classes per month, making it perfect for those who are new to training or prefer a more balanced approach. With consistent attendance, you can expect to see noticeable results within just a few weeks.

This program is an excellent choice for individuals who are easing into a fitness routine while still making significant progress toward their goals.

Nutrition coaching add-on:

For those looking to optimize their results, we offer a Nutrition Coaching Add-on.

Our Onboarding Process

At Blue Eagle Fitness & Nutrition, we ensure that every new client starts their journey with a strong foundation of personalized support.

This process is designed to help new clients transition smoothly into our group classes while setting them up for long-term success with both fitness and nutrition.

Personalized Training Sessions:

Every new client begins with at least three one-on-one personal training sessions. These sessions are designed to build your confidence and ensure you are prepared to succeed in our group classes. You’ll work directly with a coach who will help you learn the proper techniques, understand the movements, and tailor the exercises to your ability level.

More personal training sessions are available based on your specific goals and needs.

Nutrition Coaching:

In addition to training, you'll receive a one-hour consultation with your nutrition coach. During this session, we’ll assess your current nutrition habits, establish a baseline, and identify areas for improvement.

We offer discounted nutrition coaching sessions for all new joiners, making it easier to prioritize your health right from the start.

Class Integration:

On your first day in class, your CrossFit coach will greet you and give you personalized attention. Your coach will customize each workout to match your fitness level, ensuring you feel comfortable while also challenging yourself appropriately.

Progress Tracking:

Every four weeks, you'll measure your body composition on our InBody machine. This helps you track tangible progress in areas like muscle gain and fat loss.

Additionally, you’ll meet with your coach every 90 days to review your progress, adjust your goals, and address any challenges you’ve faced. This ensures you stay on track and continue making progress toward your fitness and health objectives.

The program works for everyone — people who are just starting out and people who have trained for years. Workouts are different every day and tailored to the individual. We use safe, effective, and efficient movements similar to those you use every day in life. The magic is in the movements and the supportive community.

  • We love having experienced CrossFitters from out of town join us for a workout. If you are just passing through, we charge a drop in fee of $30 per workout.

  • The number of days you should start with depends on your current fitness level. One of the things you will discuss with your coach in your free introduction is this exact topic. Most people start with 3 days/week and then build up from there. Our programming is designed such that many clients attend classes 6 days a week.

  • CrossFit workouts are tailored to the indiviudal, so you do not need too "get in shape" before starting. After your introduction, you will start with at least three (3) one-on-one personal training sessions. These sessions are designed to get your body to start acclimating to CrossFit. We will also start tailoring workouts to fit your abilities. We work with all types of people: teens as young as 14, senior adults as old as 90, long-time CrossFitters, injured athletes, and people getting off the couch for the first time. There is a place for you here no matter your currently fitness level.

  • All of our classes are coach-led because that's the most effective way of delivering results. We only offer classes and personal training. We do not offer an open gym.

  • If you are an experienced CrossFitter, we offer a complimentary day.

    If you feel Blue Eagle Fitness & Nutrition is the right gym for you, we’ll get you started on our On-Ramp program.
