Why Schedule Your Goal Review?

Having goals or benchmarks you want to hit are important. They are points on a map. Without them, we lack direction. 

Goals are specific (“I want to be able to deadlift my body weight.”)  Goals have a timeline (“I want to lose 5% body fat in 90 days.”) 

And most importantly, successfully accomplishing goals requires a plan.

Two Types

There are also two types of goals: Results and Behavioral.  You can learn more about the difference by reading my blog post: “Turn Outcome Goals into Behavior Goals.” 

In our 15-min goal review, we will discuss your goals and then develop an action plan.  This action plan will help develop daily habits that will lead to success.  There is amazing power in healthy daily habits.
