Even though the lazy days of summer are here, we are still pretty busy. One of the best ways to have a fulfilling day among the busyness, is to start with a nutritious breakfast.

Breakfast Ideas

Here are some easy ideas:

  • Overnight oats with yogurt and berries

  • Scrambled eggs with whole-wheat toast and avocado

  • Greek yogurt with granola and a drizzle of honey

  • A handful of almonds and a piece of fruit
