Blue Eagle Fitness & Nutrition
The People in Your Corner.
At Blue Eagle, a coach is not someone who stands at the front of the room and calls out reps. A coach steps into your space, learns your name, adjusts your movement, and stays invested in your results long after the session ends. These are those people.
Head Coach & Owner
Bryan White, PhD, CCFT
Owner & Head Coach
Bryan did not come from fitness. He came from a career negotiating $100 million contracts in the oil and gas industry, and a life that had quietly stopped working. At 35, on a beach in Florida, he could not run 50 yards. He was exhausted, overweight, and relying on a 44-ounce Coke to get through the day. That moment became the turning point. Over the next year, through one smarter habit at a time, he lost 25 pounds of fat, gained 8 pounds of muscle, and discovered CrossFit. In 2018, he left corporate America and purchased the gym that would become Blue Eagle Fitness & Nutrition.
Today Bryan coaches with a PhD in Chemistry from Georgia Tech, a CrossFit Level 3 certification, a Precision Nutrition credential, and the lived experience of someone who has been exactly where his members are starting. His philosophy is simple: fitness does not have to be extreme. It just has to be consistent.

The Coaching Team
Clancie Harbers
Coach, Senior Fitness Specialist
Clancie has been coaching since 2013, and her story started the way a lot of great ones do: she walked into a gym, talked the owner into giving her a shot, had a mild panic attack in the bathroom before her first class, called her husband for a pep talk, stepped back out, and never looked back. Thirteen years later, she is still the coach who sees every person individually in a room of any size, adapts any movement for any age or stage, and makes sure everyone leaves feeling better than when they arrived, physically and mentally. Her specialty is what she calls personal training for groups, and she has the results to prove it, including a 70-year-old member who has dropped 20 pounds and built real strength under her watch.
Background: Group fitness, senior populations, yoga, indoor cycling, snow-ski instruction | Coaching since 2013
Meg Kalinec
Coach, Nutrition Specialist
Meg was in the weight room at 15, the only girl in the mix, and she has never stopped earning her place there. A Bachelor of Science in Nutrition gave her the framework; coaching gave her the purpose. Her philosophy is six words: feed well, move well, feel well. She specializes in hypertrophy, deep core training, and rehabilitation, and she has been through seasons where she felt physically, mentally, and spiritually depleted. That experience is not just backstory. It is the foundation of her empathy. Her proudest result: a client who lost 20 pounds and took knee replacement surgery completely off the table.

Ryan Grant
Coach, Speed & Performance Specialist
Ryan Grant spent years as an NFL wide receiver, learning preparation, resilience, and what it actually takes to compete at the highest level. A 2019 injury took him off the field and, for a time, took the wind out of him entirely. He found himself out of shape and battling depression, a long way from the athlete he had been. What carried him back was the same process he now teaches: physical therapy, smarter nutrition, and consistent daily training, one percent better each day. Today he describes himself as being in the best shape of his life, and he coaches every client with the belief that the same standard is available to them. His specialty is speed, agility, and youth athletic development.

Luis Garcia
Coach, Body Composition Specialist
Luis came to fitness through a simple and honest love of the weight room. Four years in sport performance, then four years in CrossFit, giving him a range that shows up in every session. He can train a high school athlete chasing a scholarship and a parent trying to feel better in their own body, and he brings the same energy and precision to both. His specialty is body composition, and he practices what he teaches: in 2021 he dropped 20 pounds through CrossFit training; in 2022 he reversed course and gained 20 pounds of muscle while staying lean, crediting every bit of it to dialing in his nutrition alongside his lifting. His coaching gift is finding the moment when a client thinks they have nothing left and showing them they do.

Amy Hall
Coach, Nutrition Coach
Amy connects what you do in the gym with what you put on your plate, helping members build habits that produce results that last well beyond any single workout. Full bio coming soon.
Jon Fritschle
Coach, Scaling Specialist
Jon is a Blue Eagle success story who became a coach. After being diagnosed with mild hypertension in 2022 and refusing to stay on medication, he changed his nutrition, committed to consistent training, and lost 22 pounds of fat while getting his blood pressure under control without medication by 2023. That transformation led him to the coaching floor. His specialty is scaling: helping newer and scaled athletes improve their technique, learn new CrossFit skills, and stop comparing themselves to the person next to them. Jon gets to know his clients as people, remembers what matters to them outside the gym, and shows up the same way every single time.
Transformation: Lost 22 lbs of fat | Reversed mild hypertension | Off blood pressure medication since 2023
