Monday Motivation: We Care (Because You Care)

Happy Monday, Blue Eagle!

I know the weather was cold last Monday and is wet today, but I have so much to be grateful for! Do you realize you have a team of coaches who dedicate their lives to serving you as best as possible?

My objective for this team is to "Deliver a personalized experience based on the Five Love Languages to everyone on the Enneagram." Next week, I will lead them through a 10-week course on how to serve you best no matter where your personality falls on the Enneagram scale. You can learn more about the Enneagram here: The Enneagram Institute

The basic gist is that each coach may have their own personality type that better connects with certain people, so let's understand how to better connect with people of different personality types.

And you being a wonderful person makes it incredibly easy to want to connect with you. We have a code of conduct that requires you to be nice to people. The funny part is that Every. Single. Person. who is at Blue Eagle has laughed, scoffed, or wondered about this requirement. You think it's funny to have it written down because of course you will be nice to people!

Unfortunately, I have had three people (one in particular) not join Blue Eagle because they disagreed that being nice to people should be one of their responsibilities.

Thank you, Thank YOU, THANK YOU for being nice to people! :)

Keep it up! This past Saturday, I watched people who were strangers before the workout connect with one another as we worked out together. It made my heart happy. Thank you for caring!

Have a great week!
