Monday Motivation - Be Useful!

Happy Monday, Blue Eagle!

My Daughters

The picture is of my daughter, Ariana. I have three daughters: Kaeli (18), Avery (16), and Ariana (8). Kaeli loves to swim, Avery loves to play water polo, and Ariana loves to be eight years old. She loves to watch TV, play computer games, and (generally speaking) be useless.

But she's only eight. Being eight years old, she does not have to be useful. No one is counting on her to make money, make dinner, or clean the house. But in my house, everyone is useful for at least part of every day.

Be Useful

This is Ariana writing her book! It is a murder mystery. At the time of the picture, her victim had not yet died because they had just eaten breakfast. The victim would be killed later in the day.

Ariana is being useful. She has lots of choices. She can be useful to herself by reading a book or studying math. She can be useful to her family by cleaning her room or doing her laundry. She can be useful to the world by writing a book, practicing her ukulele, or coloring a picture.

One Minute Fitness

I wanted to be useful, too, so I wrote a book called One Minute Fitness. I wrote it for you. If you are unhappy with your results so far or want to speed up the results you are getting, then this book is for you. There are 168 hours in a week. If you are working out 4-6 hours a week, there are still 162-164 hours a week that we can optimize for you to look better, feel better, and perform better. One Minute Fitness gives you daily actions on what to do in those 162+ hours a week.

The world needs you! Be useful, too!
