Our Junior Strength Academy is focused on building strength and confidence in junior high kids. Classes are Tuesday and Thursday from 7:15-8 AM. Located in downtown Fulshear behind the US Post Office.
Our Blue Eagle Workout Philosophy
What about thrusters? They are everything except a lower body pull.... except that you have to perform a clean, which is a lower body pull, to start every set. They do not tax our upper body pulling, which is why we pair thrusters with pull-ups in Fran. But almost every movement will overlap with thrusters in some way.

Welcome to March, CrossFit warriors! We're smack dab in the middle of the 2024 CrossFit Open, and if you've signed up, get ready to test your fitness prowess alongside the global CrossFit community.
