I tweaked my shoulder, now what??

It's not a topic that we like talking about. A lot of us think that if we are in a
perfect program with perfect coaching we should never get injured. I don't disagree with that theory but let me tell you a little bit about my story and see if it resonates with you, and we'll go from there.

  1. After spending 10+ years with minimal exercising, training, and playing sports, it is unrealistic to think we can jump back into exercise like we could when we were in our 20s.

  2. We can help prevent injuries with personal training, massages, and stretching as part of our bedtime routines.

  3. Working out at a relatively high intensity does not mean we should try to kill ourselves in our workouts!
