Did you know you can control your destiny with the words you say to others and yourself? This is why I believe so strongly about positive affirmations. If giving yourself positive affirmations is too difficult or feels weird, then try them on your family or friends.

Here are some ways to improve saying positive affirmations to yourself, especially during personal training sessions.

Get Your Day Started Right
Start with a positive mindset. The way you start your day can set the tone for the rest of it. Make sure to wake up with a positive attitude and focus on the things you are grateful for.
Get some exercise. Exercise is a great way to boost your energy levels and improve your mood. Even a short workout can make a big difference.
Eat a healthy breakfast. A healthy breakfast will give you the energy you need to power through your day. Choose foods that are high in protein and fiber, such as eggs, oatmeal, or yogurt.
