I want to share a powerful strategy that could transform your fitness and nutrition journey—it’s called the Law of 90, and it’s a total game-changer. We use this "Law of 90" when anyone joins Blue Eagle.

Imagine this:

  • 90 days of consistent workouts.

  • 90 days of nourishing your body with healthy foods.

  • 90 days of prioritizing your well-being.

Most people start strong but get discouraged after a few days or weeks. But here’s the key—commit to 90 days before you even think about evaluating your progress.

It’s not about perfection; it’s about persistence. 

Every workout, every healthy meal, every step you take toward your goals adds up. Don’t judge yourself after just a few days. Give yourself the time and space to build momentum.

This isn’t just a challenge; it’s a mindset shift. 

It’s about showing up for yourself every day, trusting that the results will come with consistency and dedication.

So, pick a goal—whether it’s hitting the gym, choosing nutritious meals, or both—and commit to the Law of 90. Stick with it, and I promise you’ll see the change you’re looking for.
