CrossFit Programming in February

Here is what we will train and test in February.
Strength
Front squats (six sets to a 2-rep max)
Bench press (Wave sets to a 1-rep max)
Back squats (Wendler sets to a 1-rep max)
VO2 Max Tests
1-mile run on February 27
Hero Workout
Every month, we do a Hero workout to honor the men and women who have given their lives for their country or community.
On February 19, we will do the Hero workout “Jack”.
CrossFit “Girl” Workout
In CrossFit, Girls WODs are benchmark workouts to track fitness progress over time. They are designed to test various aspects of fitness, including strength, endurance, power, and skill, and are commonly used by athletes to assess their performance and improvements over time.
On February 4, we will do the Girl workout “Fran.”
