3 Tips for Better Connecting with Friends

One of the best ways to live a longer, happier, and healthier life is to better connect with friends. Here are three ways to better connect with friends!

  1. Identify 6-8 people who give you energy.

  2. Next to each name, write down the last time you saw each person.

  3. For the person who it’s been the longest since you have seen them, send a text inviting them to coffee or lunch.
