Coach Bruce and I attended the TwoBrain Business (TBB) conference in Chicago this past weekend. It was my fourth TBB conference and Bruce's first; I have attended every year since 2020.

Most of the conference speakers talk about these four things:

You see... this conference is for gym owners and coaches who want to make a sustainable impact on the health of their clients and communities. We can't make this impact by sleeping in, being late, being distracted, and giving only 50 % effort.

I know you. I know you want to positively impact the world around you, too. The first step in making this impact is self-care. One of our speakers is a psychotherapist, and she encouraged us to take 15 minutes of downtime every day and 2 hours of uninterrupted downtime every week.

Your self-care can be working out at Blue Eagle. Walk in the door, turn your brain off, let your worries disappear, and allow your coaches to give you the best hour of your day.
