Which is the best option for me? Amino, Dysrupt, or Pre-WOD?

Amino. Amino is comprised of branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs), including the essential BCAAs Leucine, Isoleucine, and Valine. Amino promotes your muscles’ uptake of fuel, boost muscle synthesis, suppress muscle breakdown, increase power and reduce fatigue—allowing you to go harder, longer.

Dysrupt. Dysrupt is the Driven Nutrition Amino formula, but the glutamine has been replaced with 700 mg of Taurine, 120 mg of Caffeine, and a b-vitamin complex. Taurine promotes cellular function during exercise. Caffeine decreases perceived exertion and increases pain tolerance. B-vitamins aid the metabolism of fat and carbohydrates to be used as energy. Dysrupt is great as a Pre-WOD especially in the afternoons as the lower caffeine content is less likely to keep you awake. (Always be careful consuming caffeine after 12 PM. Sleep is more important to performance and recovery than supplements are.)

Pre-WOD. Provides the greatest amount of short-term energy because of its caffeine content, pump complex, and beta-alanine.
