Set realistic goals. Don't try to do too much too soon, or you'll just get discouraged. Start with small goals that you know you can achieve, and then gradually increase the difficulty as you get stronger.
Find an exercise buddy. Working out with a friend or family member can help you stay accountable and motivated.
Make it fun. If you're not enjoying your workouts, you're less likely to stick with them. Find activities that you enjoy and that challenge you, and you'll be more likely to keep coming back for more.
