Six Weeks to a Six-Pack

Are you ready to get beach body fit? Blue Eagle members and your friends are all invited to join us. 

What is “Six Weeks to a Six Pack?”

This six-week course implements healthy nutrition, stress-relief techniques, and 19 core-focused workouts to reduce inflammation and define your abdominal muscles. 

Improve your core strength:

Over these six weeks, we are offering three 30-minute core workouts every week. Two workouts will be available as small group classes (Mon/Wed at 9:30 am or Tue/Thu at 5:30 pm) with Coach Dave or Coach Meg. The third workout will be available as an “at-home” workout. Not able to make the class times? No problem! Those workouts will also be available as “at-home” workouts.

Reduce inflammation and lose fat:

  • Focus on quality and quantity of foods

  • How to eat for success

  • Get hydrated and stay that way

  • Methods to improve sleep, stress, recovery 

How does “Six Weeks to a Six Pack” work?

Step 1: Sign up.

Click this link ( https://forms.gle/rhpSLhqCEgHmRYCs5 ) or add your name to the sign-up sheet on the red cabinet in the gym.

Step 2: Schedule your first one-on-one session when Coach Amy texts you to get your starting weight and measurements and provide you with all the necessary information.

Step 3: Show up on Saturday, April 20th, for your first plank test and short workout. Spend the next six weeks improving your core strength, learning about nutrition habits, and reducing stress levels.

Step 4: Show up again on Saturday, June 1st, for your final plank test, and meet with Coach Amy again for a final weigh-in and measurements.

The cost to join is $229. 

Prizes will be awarded at the end for the biggest transformation and the MIP (the most improved plank).
