Our Onboarding Process
At Blue Eagle Fitness & Nutrition, we ensure that every new client starts their journey with a strong foundation of personalized support.

Personalized Training Sessions:
Every new client begins with at least three one-on-one personal training sessions. These sessions are designed to build your confidence and ensure you are prepared to succeed in our group classes. You’ll work directly with a coach who will help you learn the proper techniques, understand the movements, and tailor the exercises to your ability level.
More personal training sessions are available based on your specific goals and needs.

Nutrition Coaching:
In addition to training, you'll receive a one-hour consultation with your nutrition coach. During this session, we’ll assess your current nutrition habits, establish a baseline, and identify areas for improvement.
We offer discounted nutrition coaching sessions for all new joiners, making it easier to prioritize your health right from the start.

Class Integration:
On your first day in class, your CrossFit coach will greet you and give you personalized attention. Your coach will customize each workout to match your fitness level, ensuring you feel comfortable while also challenging yourself appropriately.

Progress Tracking:
Every four weeks, you'll measure your body composition on our InBody machine. This helps you track tangible progress in areas like muscle gain and fat loss.
Additionally, you’ll meet with your coach every 90 days to review your progress, adjust your goals, and address any challenges you’ve faced. This ensures you stay on track and continue making progress toward your fitness and health objectives.
