Memorial Day
This Monday, we will honor the servicemen and women who have given their lives in defense of our great nation. We will start the warm-up at 8:30 AM and will start the workout at 9 AM. The workout is difficult but doable.
We will have a great time as “Blue Eagle.” We will serve breakfast burritos and take pictures.
Please bring fruit, veggies, drinks like tea, coffee, or water, for you and others to enjoy!
This is a great time to bring a friend or family member who might be interested in working out with you, too!
